Mr. Morris is a licensed attorney admitted to practice in October 1974 and has extensive experience in startup developments and real estate matters. Mr. Morris received a Juris Doctorate degree from William Mitchell College of Law in June 1974. He is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Minnesota as well as the U.S. Federal District Court for Minnesota and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
